Hi, I'm Pavitra! With a deep passion for real estate, starting when I was just 8 alongside my father, who is an avid property investor, I've honed an unmatched ability to spot high-performing investments before anyone else.

I also have a Master's in Data Science & AI from UNSW, which I use to combine generational real estate wisdom with cutting-edge analytics. While most investors rely on gut instinct and surface-level analysis, my data-driven approach systematically uncovers hidden gems in the market.
